All potential employees are required to have the following at the time of your hiring assessment and client assignments are made.

To be eligible for employment you must have the following;

Social Security Card

Birth certificate

Current Valid Ohio Drivers License or State ID card

Current and Valid Auto Liability Insurance and it will be continually reviewed

Working Phone where we can reach you easily

Reliable Transpiration to and from multiple client assignment locations

The ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted

The ability to move up to 325 pounds with assistance

Upon hiring you must complete the following

A general physical health screening (provided in our office on site with one of our nurses)

Qualifying previous Medical experience or Medical License or Certification

A One Step Mantoux TB Test or a Chest X-ray

Lorain County residents do not get charged for TB testing at the:

A fee of $27.00 is required and paid by you by money order made out to the

If your availability changes after hiring you must inform us immediately and before your next schedule is issued, any significant changes may result in your no longer being able to be placed with a client and their for limited to no scheduling may be done for your new availability.

We understand and acknowledge you may have personal and family responsibilities such as Drs. Appointments and the like in which case you may not be available during these certain times on these certain days during your employment.
